This project requires a band or scroll saw or a willing husband if you are not tool savvy yourself.
Out of 1/2 inch wood, cut one each of pattern, see below. Sand and stain.
Nestle pieces together....
Fold one package of cocktail size napkins into triangles...

This is just too cute! I've not seen anything like it before. You did a beautiful job with it. I'm guessing this wouldn't work with cloth napkins though. I really do love your project.
