A little change in the living room vignettes. Not really Spring here yet.....nicer longer days but still lots of snow, so a little rearranging always seems to help.
This vignette sits on top of the roll top desk.
I stay a little more junk style in the living room, it has rich Terra cotta and deep beige walls. This is our entry room so I think keeping it more of a masculine/feminine mix is more inviting. I keep the whites and cottage shabby for the bedroom and cross the two styles in a more old vintage rustic style in the kitchen dining room.
I love the metal and rust, combined with the white fence. I have another fence piece buried in the snow that I have plans for whenever it gets uncovered .....helps with the rustic charm!
This is on top of the shelf my husband made. It is lined with hooks on the bottom and doubles as a coat rack.
The orchids are done blooming...for now...so I bought more at Trader Joes! The only thing bad about orchids is how long it takes for them to rebloom!
Simple, rustic, mostly sale find decor.
But....in honor of Almost Spring.....
here are the new orchids!
Aaaaahhhh!

Is there anything more delicate and feminine than an orchid? Beautiful.

Beautiful Orchids....Nice spring cleaning!
Love your vignettes. Your collections are amazing. I actually have that exact same kind of orchid & it's in full bloom now, too.

Love your orchids. I've always wanted to have some, but afraid they wouldn't do well, so have never spent the money. Have a great week! Warmer weather is sure to come!
It is all wonderful
Love those first pics with open tackle box and all.

Hey Shannon, love these vignettes.
Can you tell me what the lovely plant is called beside the lantern? I have these and I have called them maiden-hair fern, but I don't know if that right???
I put your giveaway on my side bar over at LazyonLoblolly

Hi Shannon! You have such a beautiful blog. I absolutely love these vignettes. I've spent some time looking around your blog and I've really enjoyed my visit. I'm now your newest follower and look forward to getting to know you. I saw you got some Community Coffee....our absolute favorite. Are your southern relatives from Louisiana? That's my home state! I, also, wanted to thank you for stopping by to see me today and leaving your sweet comment. I hope you are having a beautiful weekend. Candace
