Leaves have just begun to turn, the sun shines warm yet low and the air feels just short of crisp in the morning. Is there anything better than a cup of pumpkin coffee on the deck, watching the monarchs fly through?
Bringing in the burst of color somehow makes the house seem warmer, cozier and in need of cider on the stove and soup in the crock pot.
Grab a blanket, nestle in, the air seems sweeter. Every September I say...... "I wish fall would last all year" this year is no exception.

Beautiful post!! It is the same way here...even in Alabama!!! The air is incredible after Tropical Storm Lee!! Yes, we endured it all of Labor Day weekend...even drove home in it and brought it with us!!! Luckily, Lee is gone...He is not welcome here anymore except for the fact that he left behind some pretty incredible temps and incredible air!!! We walked Rosie tonight...haven't done that since Spring!! We worked in the garden tonight...haven't done that since....well, I'm not sure!!!
Anyway... Love your pics...Brunswick Stew is in MY crockpot now...reheating that is!!! and I'm about to get to the stage of Pumpkin Spiced everything!!!
Much love to you!!!!
Carolyn
ummmm, you really are into fall already. We are feeling it in the air, too. Still having some hot days but early mornings and nights...much cooler.
Your fall colors are so bright and cheerful.
It is Spring over here in Australia but it is feeling a bit like winter at the moment. After seeing these pictures I am kind of happy that it's not too hot just yet!
Best wishes,
Natasha.
Very nice displays...love the tool box!
Pretty displays and what a wonderful old tool box you have...love it!

Beautifully done! You have a good eye for wonderful combinations. You've inspired me for sure.
Shannon, I always love to see what you do with your tool box. The glass bottles with the # labels and the tiny pumpkins on top are such a creative addition to your pretty mantel. You have such a flair for putting unique items together to make a beautiful display. laurie
I love everything about this post... but my favorite is the candle holder! I am so ready for fall!

You have so many wonderful displays, it is hard to pick a favorite - I love them all. Susie
i love your fall decor! I'm slowly getting my goodies out to decorate. The pumpkin coffee sounds yummy. I love sitting out on my porch on a crisp fall morning to. I hope you have a happy and blessed fall season.

I adore your toolbox. I had seen one at the thrift store painted a hideous blue color with decals on it. Should have bought it and stripped it or spray painted it or something. This week is supposed to be much cooler, so I am excited to get in the fall spirit.
wow - you've got the Fall look down. Way to go!
Your blog is so rich in eye candy that I started to have palpitations! :) Wow, just gorgeous!
I'm your newest follower!! :)
I seriously love your wine display. And that wall behind it is divine!!
