Saving some of my favorite wine bottles because of shape or color and because I saw something like this on .....Pinterest! I made my own wall art. I love this as a vase but it will also be good for starting plants, much preferred to the glass jar on the counter.
I purchased two rake holders at a local hardware store, because I didn't want the silver color I spray painted with a more neutral tan color, use enamel paint. I then mounted them onto a rustic piece of wood and filled with water and flowers.
easy project! and an excuse to drink a glass of wine shh!

i sure would like to get my hands on some of those soda cases... i have everybody & their brothers keeping an eye out for me to snatch them up when seen, but nobody has seen any so far... where did you get yours?
