Painted Wood Boarder

  The chickens had to go........
I had tried a tin boarder like in the kitchen and it didn't work here, that of course left stickies on my chickens, confirming .....they had to go. I couldn't tear them down because it was ripping the paper underneath and I just did not want to redo the whole room!
My only idea was a wood boarder large enough to cover the entire area. Note photo below, we also had a hole where an alarm was previously, creating a wonderful bonus hole to deal with.

After the wood was screwed into place, I painted.....
and then embellished with copper cookie cutters.

Metal hinges and gate handles= hole gone! Don't peek beneath!

My Farm Fresh sign reattached and a new look!
