Coffee Bag Bulletin Board

I picked up a regular bulletin board at the local thrift store and used a coffee bag from my favorite coffee shop to dress it up a bit.

Remove frame and cut bag to fit, leaving enough room on side to help the frame have a good hold on it.  I did run a light coat of glue around the edges and let them set with clothes pins for about 20 min.

Using scraps from the rest of the bag and another. I made a pocket by cutting a tag board base, using the seam with a tag still on it for some character and a natural edge. This was glued onto the tag board until it set. Using another bag for the word espresso and fraying the edges gave a little extra, this too was glued on.

Next cut a yard stick and add some cafe curtain hooks. Affix with glue and a nail or screw.

And there it is.
