Tool Trays the Funky Way

If you have been a follower of this blog very long you will know how much I love tool trays...tool boxes and old rusty tools. So when Donna at Funky Junk announced the tool tray party....yep I was in. Especially since I haven't showed my latest find........

This lovely white wooden tool tray.

This little piece gets forgotten about some times because it just hangs out at the fireplace holding kindling, but it is kind of cute.

I moved this last find out to the living room. You can read about it by clicking HERE.

I love the rustic look of this piece.

Of course my usual favorite metal pieces..it is kind of hard to decide if I like the wood or metal best... guess I NEED both.

Some past photos of uses....they get moved around a lot!

Peeking out from behind the boots!

Throw in a tool box for good measure!

And that is a few ways I display my ever growing collection of tool trays! Hats off to Donna for making her own awesome trays....I have never made one...yet. I may one day tackle her great piece with the drill handle! If you haven't seen it click HERE

Wow, you've got some absolutely wonderful ones, Shannon! I'm noticing them a lot around blogland and I think I like the smaller sized ones you've got, to display some dishes and silverware. I'll have to keep my eye out now!

Oh man! I love what you do with these. The small square one with the kindling and pine cones is my FAVE.

And the lilacs in the boots - - - LOVE that. I would NEVER have thought of using boots for flowers, but I've been seeing that on blogs lately and I just LOVE it.
